Redgum Wines in the Dwellingup Region
Located on the outskirts of the town of Dwellingup, Redgum Wine Estate is a picturesque vineyard perched on the edge of the Darling Escarpment. Nestled amongst the Marrinup State Forrest with views to the Dawesville estuary and the Indian ocean beyond.
It is cooled by the summer breeze that blows up the valley from the Leeuwin current below.
This unique microclimate combined with well drained gravelly soil produces a range of evenly matured, unique and truly remarkable premium wines, carefully crafted for your enjoyment.
The Story of Redgum Wine Estate
Originally opened as Newbliss Winery, planting of seven varieties of vines commenced in 1997 with root stock from Margaret River and Gingin.
Upon purchasing the property in 2018 owners Maree and Ben undertook a four year process to breathe new life into the vines. The property was renamed Redgum Wine Estate for the giant Redgum that towers over the newly constructed cellar door. Maree and Ben are proud to welcome you to Redgum Wine Estate and share in our wines and hospitality.
