Join us at Redgum Wine Estate for dinner and enjoy our brand-new Spring Menu, launching the day before. Our à la carte menu will be available across our Main Cellar, Alfresco and Vintage Cellar, with seasonal dishes designed to pair beautifully with our wines.

Settle in, enjoy a glass (or bottle) of Redgum wine and make an evening of it.

Dinner service commences at 5:00pm, with last bookings at 7:00pm.
